Contemporary Art Meets the Special Architecture of the Congress Hall

„Room in Room“ brings contemporary art to the Congress Hall Nuremberg. The exhibition can be seen in segment #16 of the distinctive venue and is curated by Carlos Cortizo. Visitors can experience the exhibition from November 8 to 28, 2026.

The focus is on the connection between contemporary art and the unique architectural framework of the Congress Hall. The title “Room in Room” refers to an artistic presentation within a clearly defined section of the building: Segment #16 becomes the exhibition space for contemporary positions. The exhibition invites visitors to perceive art and space together and to discover the venue from a cultural perspective.

Exhibition in Segment #16

The presentation begins following the opening on November 7, 2026. From the following day, “Room in Room” will be regularly accessible during the mentioned exhibition period. The specific works on display, the design of the exhibition, and whether a supporting program is offered are not specified in the available information.

The Congress Hall Nuremberg provides an unusual setting for the exhibition. Instead of a classic gallery, a concrete segment of the building is the focus. This creates a direct relationship between the works presented and the location where they are showcased. The curatorial responsibility lies with Carlos Cortizo.
