Nice and quiet beer garden, super friendly staff, quality of food doesn't match the price unfortunately.

Friendly and efficient service. There was a bit of a wait because the server was working alone, but it was perfectly acceptable. Drinks are very reasonably priced. The food is hearty and delicious. Depending on where you sit, there might be a few bees or wasps, but that's just nature. It's definitely worth the hike from Bayreuth or a nice stop on a bike tour.

A pleasant restaurant with a beer garden, perfect for a day trip, that I've been going to since I was a child and has changed very little. As the name suggests, it's ideal for outings and certainly also a great place to relax and socialize in the beer garden when the weather is nice. I can't comment on the food, I only had a drink and it was good ;-)))

In a lovely rural location. Time seems to have stood still in the inn. The beer garden is rustic and charmingly decorated. However, those with a big appetite will be disappointed. Most of the meals are cold, and the hot dishes leave much to be desired. Prices are unjustified. Unfortunately, only 2 stars...
